Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

We offer a 45-day return window from the date of delivery for all products in original, uninstalled condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

What Can Be Returned

  • Standard products in original condition with intact packaging

  • Defective or damaged items at any time (no time limit for manufacturing defects)

  • Items that don't match the description provided at time of purchase

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom orders and special orders (made specifically to your specifications)

  • Installed products or items with cut/modified wiring

  • Clearance and final sale items (clearly marked as such)

  • Light bulbs and electrical components (unless defective upon arrival)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of discovering any issue to initiate the return

  2. We'll provide a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions

  3. Package items securely in original packaging

  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or our error

Refund Options

  • Full refund to original payment method (minus return shipping costs)

  • Store credit (no restocking fee applies)

  • Exchange for items of equal or greater value

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items when requesting cash refund. This fee is waived when choosing store credit or exchange options.

Defective Items

For defective or damaged products:

  • No time limit on returns for manufacturing defects

  • Free return shipping provided

  • Full refund or replacement at no additional cost

  • Must be reported within 7 days of discovering the defect

Local Returns

Vancouver area customers can return items directly to our studio during business hours to avoid return shipping costs.
