We design, manufacture, and ship all products from our Vancouver, Canada studio.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer standard international shipping to the UK and USA. Contact us for shipping estimates to other locations.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All products are made-to-order with 4-6 weeks production time. You'll receive tracking details once shipped. Contact us for expedited orders.

Delivery times after dispatch:

• Canada: 5–10 business days
  
• USA & UK: 5–15 business days
  
• Other international: 15–30 business days
  

How much does shipping cost?
Calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Free shipping on orders over $1,500 CAD within Canada.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Vancouver studio pickup available. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Standard 4-6 week production time still applies.
